"This is our fourth season with UAS and there's no place we'd rather be. We have 2 athletes in the gym, and both have grown tremendously, not just in skills and performance, but in confidence and friendships too. What sets this program apart is that every athlete is seen, supported, and celebrated. Here, everyone matters.

In just a few seasons, we've watched the entire team grow. Year 1, they were working on back walkovers. Year two, most of had them. Now, they're throwing back handsprings and working toward level 3 tumbling! The progress is real and earned through dedicated coaching and an uplifting culture.

Tiny Novice Team

Birth year | 2017-2021

Our Tiny team was the cutest addition to the UAS family last season and we are very excited to continue our Little Legends for this coming season! They practice once per week for one hour from September to the end of March and attends 5-7 competitions in New England. We are so excited to share our love for cheer with these young athletes and ensure they have the best experience possible in our program! Our New England teams are a perfect option for anyone interested in learning more about cheerleading as well as athletes who participate in sideline cheer. This team allows for continued skill progression and the opportunity to continue the sport season into the spring.

Novice Handbook

Youth/ Junior Competitive Novice Level 1 Team

Birth year | 2008-2019

Our Competitive Novice Team is excited for another season with the UAS family! This team is designed for youth/junior age athletes who want to step into the all-star cheerleading world without the commitment that comes along with the full year teams. This team practices 2 hours per week from September to the end of March and attends 5-7 competitions in New England. Our New England teams are a perfect option for anyone interested in learning more about cheerleading as well as athletes who participate in sideline cheer. This team allows for continued skill progression and the opportunity to continue the sport season into the spring.

Novice Handbook

Senior Competitive Novice Level 3 Team

Birth year | 2005-2014

Our Senior Competitive Novice level three team is made up of our dedicated and hardworking senior age athletes who want to push themselves to the next level while also keeping their positive and uplifting outlook on cheerleading. This amazing group practices one time per week for 1 hour with a one-hour tumble class included in their tuition and from September to March! This team competes 5-7 competitions in New England where they get to showcase all their hard work.
